Founded by Dutch creators Monique Borkent and Kees Rietveld, the company develops original family and children’s entertainment designed to expand across television, film, music, and interactive platforms. 

Based in The Hague Netherlands, the studio focuses on building scalable animated IP that blends adventure, humor, music, and positive social themes for global audiences.

Its flagship property, F.A.B.S. Friends Adventures, is a multi-platform animated franchise centered on a group of unique and lovable characters, each with their own profession, who navigate imaginative adventures that promote collaboration, curiosity, and kindness. The concept is designed to extend beyond a television series into games, music and feature film, creating a broader entertainment universe for young audiences.

The company is led by co-founders Monique Borkent, a former educator and creative entrepreneur whose experience working with children informs the emotional authenticity and educational values of the content, and Kees Rietveld, an award-winning multimedia concept developer and former gold and platinum-selling recording artist and music producer with over 35 years of experience in music and entertainment.

Together they lead the creative development of F.A.B.S. Friends Adventures, with Monique serving as writer, co-director, and co-producer, and Kees serving as writer, co-director, co-producer, composer, and sound designer. Their collaboration brings together storytelling, music, and character-driven worldbuilding to create an animated universe designed for both entertainment and meaningful engagement with young audiences.
